Woah! You clicked the 'Continue Reading' hyperlink. You must be very serious about reading my boring life story. Here it goes...

After finishing Secondary School, I did some Work Experience at a local Charity; Shortly after my works experience, I got an Administrative job.
At the end of the Summer, I hopped back into Education to develop my technical skills at college.

After 3 Years of studying hard and building great friendships, I completed my qualifications and left with fantastic grades.
I continued to do some Admin work, and then shortly after, I joined a local multi-media company in a paid placement capacity; When the Paid Placement ended, I was lucky enough to be asked to stay and form a new team to fulfill Digital Content requests.
A year later, a National Multi-Media Company aquired the company;
I worked for the new company in a regional capacity fulfilling Digital Content orders (Facebook, Sponsored Content, Web Ads) and assisting colleagues with CRM Sales Troubleshooting when we implemented new processes and procedures during our transition period and new product launches.
In 2020, I was made redundant due to the imediate impact Covid-19 had on the company.
Like hundreds of other people in the UK, this put me in the position of trying to find employment at the worst time possible!

After 50+ rejections for being "overqualified" and "too experienced" and blowing every penny of my life savings trying to survive 11 Month(s) of unemployment, I found an opportunity to work for a National company that provides online Education solutions for Healthcare Employees and Students.My current role as a 'Systems Administrator' involves the provision of Technical support, delivering excellent customer service for our clients and assisting with onboarding new clients to various platforms.
I have worked on a few internal projects to boost usage statistics, and entice new customers.
My role also involves the usage of Photoshop for the creation of marketing materials and Content.
For the last two years, I have overseen the creation of our written IT Policies and procedures, Achieved Cyber Essentials Basic Certification and successful renewal the following year (2023). I also carried out basic steps to improve our online appearance

When I'm not working, I am often at Gigs or socialising with friends.
I also enjoy playing with my Home Networking set-up and have designed and deployed CCTV Systems for friends.

I also have a Podcast I started for fun with friends at the height of lockdown. Some of us have kept it going!
